What we review
Have these ready before you apply. You upload them in your dashboard after registering.
- Business registrationAny one of: Certificate of Incorporation (Pvt Ltd / LLP), Shops & Establishments registration, or an Udyam / MSME certificate.
- PANThe business PAN, or the proprietor's PAN for a sole proprietorship.
- Proof of operating addressA recent utility bill or a registered rent agreement for where you operate.
- Owner or director IDA government photo ID — Aadhaar, passport, or driving licence.
- Person in chargeA named manager or person running day-to-day care, with a direct contact number.
- Carer credentialsA sample of your carers' Nursing Council / TNNMC registration or recognised training certificates.
- Background checksWritten confirmation that you run police verification on every carer before they work.
- Safeguarding & complaintsA short document setting out how you handle safeguarding concerns and complaints.
Also helpful
Not required to earn the badge, but they strengthen your listing and families value them.
- InsuranceProfessional indemnity or public liability cover. Not required to get verified, but families value it.
- GST registrationYour GSTIN, if your business is registered for GST.
- A client referenceOne family you have supported who is happy to be contacted.
